Shipping policy

Shipping time:

We aim to fill orders within 1-3 business days. Typically, standard shipments can take 3-5 business days but shipping times can vary by delivery location. However, a tracking number will be provided to you once the order is filled so you may track the delivery progress! We currently utilize three different carriers - UPS, USPS and FedEx.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damages during shipment or delivery. We strive to find the best courier service for all orders. But, if your order was damaged during shipment, then we would highly recommend reaching out to the courier directly. Feel free to notify us of any issues as we will take these comments into consideration when choosing couriers for future deliveries.
